Hi! I’m Ciara, the artist behind Haven Clay Co creations and my husband Jake is Haven’s only unpaid employee and biggest supporter! I started Haven with a vision of learning how to run a small business so I can teach other women how to do the same one day. I could write a book about the work God has done in me since I was saved at 19 years old! But my true testimony is this: Jesus Christ is Lord! God created man to be in perfect union with Him, but man fell short of His glory, doubted Him, and sin entered the world. I recognize that my sin has separated me from communion with God, and Jesus' sacrifice on the cross restored that union. God is perfectly just, which is why we deserve to be a part from Him in our sinful nature. A penalty had to be paid for our sins, and because God is also perfectly merciful, the only way to pay the penalty was with His own life. Jesus left the glory of heaven to become flesh and live a sinless life, die on the cross in our place, restoring union between God and his children. For me personally, trusting Jesus with my whole life in FULL surrender has lead me from anxiety to peace, depression to purpose, and made me a gentler, more patient, and joyful woman. In Christ I am FULLY ALIVE and dear friend, so are you.

Most recently God has been healing the parts of my heart that I closed off as a girl. He's restored my child-like wonder of Him and reminded me who He created me to be. I look back at that creative, artistic, joyful little girl and can't help but think, she would be so proud of who we're becoming. I pray the same healing for you!
