Do you ship internationally?

As of now we only ship domestically. This includes U.S territories as well as military bases in foreign countries. 

How long does it take to ship?

To simplify your shipping process and make it easier for you to know what you're paying, we use flat-rate shipping for USPS standard and priority shipping. 

USPS Standard (4-5 business days) Flat-Rate: $5 

USPS Priority (1-2 business days) Flat-Rate: $10

 Please allow 24 hours for normal order processing and 5-7 business days for product launch order processing. A product launch is when new products are offered on our website, so an influx of orders may delay shipping times. I am a one woman small business :)

What if my package is returned to the sender?

If the package is returned to the sender due to an address error, we will reship the order as soon as new shipping fees are paid by the customer. Please make sure to double check your shipping address before ordering!

What if my package is lost?

Unfortunately it is out of our control and you will need to contact your local post office in order to track the lost package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to the wrong address.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders once they are processed and/or shipped. If you order something by mistake or would like to add to your order after purchase, please email us immediately at havenclayco@gmail.com.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept any jewelry returns for sanitation and safety purposes. If your jewelry arrives broken or breaks within 2 weeks of purchase, we will replace them or refund you, depending on the style and cause of damage

Since this is a handmade business we ask that you take into consideration that handmade art will have minor imperfections. Jewelry with imperfections is not considered faulty and will not be replaced or refunded. 

We do our very best to send out high quality products because we care deeply about your experience! We will not send out anything that isn't up to our standards.

Do you make the custom engravable jewelry?

I designed the custom engravable jewelry, but I do not make them myself. I am partnered with an excellent manufacturer that makes all of the stainless steel custom engravable jewelry and ships it to your door :)

Due to working with a manufacturer, you may receive your order in separate shipments. Please allow for the difference in shipping times.

Can I sleep with my jewelry on?

We recommend taking jewelry off before sleep, so the bed sheets do not snag and ruin the piece. It is also best not to sleep with jewelry on because of the body's natural oils produced at night.

Can I wear my jewelry in the pool or shower?

We recommend that you DO NOT wear your jewelry anywhere it can get wet, especially the pool because of harsh chemicals such as chlorine. This includes the shower as well.

How do I protect my jewelry?

We recommend storing your jewelry in a sealed, cool, dark space - like a jewelry box! The less the jewelry is exposed to chemicals and oils, the longer it will last. Please do not use hairspray, body oils, lotions or perfumes while wearing the jewelry and wait for them to dry before putting jewelry on.

Please remember this is not just jewelry, but handcrafted wearable art! Though polymer clay is fairly durable, we recommend treating these pieces with delicate care.

What materials do you use?

The main materials we use in our jewelry are polymer clay, 14k/18k gold or rhodium plated hardware, stainless steel, and wood posts. All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic and should last anywhere from 2-5 years if properly cared for. 

We offer some gold filled options, which will last longer due to the thicker coating of gold plating. Gold filled jewelry can last decades if properly cared for, so we are working to make all of our hardware gold filled in the future!

If not marked gold filled, please assume the product is gold plated.

Do you take custom orders?
